These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the winph11 platform. By registering or using any winph11 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
All winph11 services are restricted to users aged 21 and above under Philippine law and PAGCOR licensing requirements.
winph11 is licensed and operated exclusively for players physically located in the Philippines. Players in prohibited jurisdictions must not use the platform.
Each player may maintain only one (1) winph11 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.
winph11 operates under a valid Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) license. All terms comply with PAGCOR regulatory requirements.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. "Including" and similar expressions are not words of limitation.
By accessing the winph11 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity offered by winph11, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the winph11 Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as updated from time to time.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and winph11. You acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to read these Terms before accepting them, and that they are written in plain language to the extent practicable given the legal subject matter.
The winph11 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This is a mandatory requirement under our PAGCOR license and Philippine law. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. winph11 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to have been opened by individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be returned to the verified payment method used (net of any bonus funds), and the matter may be reported to PAGCOR.
The winph11 Platform is intended exclusively for use by individuals physically located within the Philippines. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to use the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing winph11 is lawful in your location.
Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) Account on winph11. You may not register on behalf of another person, use another person's identity, or operate multiple Accounts. winph11 uses technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, winph11 may close all duplicate Accounts, suspend the primary Account, and forfeit any Bonus Funds held across all related Accounts.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change. winph11 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.
winph11 is required under PAGCOR regulations and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) to conduct identity verification on Players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (e.g., SSS card, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, passport, or PRC ID) and proof of payment method ownership at any point, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your winph11 Account. You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials (mobile number, password, and OTP codes) and must not share them with any third party. winph11 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access that occurs due to a Player's failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify winph11 support immediately via the live chat function. winph11 may temporarily freeze your Account pending investigation upon receipt of such notification.
Security reminder: winph11 support agents will never ask for your password or OTP code. Any communication requesting these credentials is not from winph11 and should be treated as a phishing attempt.
You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account, including family members. Each individual wishing to use winph11 must create their own Account subject to eligibility requirements.
winph11 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Payment methods available to you may vary depending on your registered account details and any payment provider restrictions. winph11 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya typically reflect in your winph11 wallet within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on banking hours and interbank processing times. winph11 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the Account cashier section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to KYC clearance. All withdrawals must be processed back to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. winph11 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
All winph11 transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). winph11 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is not offered on the Platform.
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider without first contacting winph11 support constitutes a breach of these Terms. winph11 reserves the right to suspend the Account, recover the disputed amount from any remaining balance, and report the matter to relevant authorities where applicable.
winph11 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. The following general terms apply to all winph11 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winph11 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to PAGCOR and law enforcement:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the winph11 Platform without express prior written authorisation from winph11. Unauthorized use may constitute a violation of Philippine intellectual property law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winph11 and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit winph11's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
winph11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:
Upon Account closure for breach of Terms, winph11 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings. Real-money funds not derived from fraudulent activity will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to winph11.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting winph11 support via live chat. All pending withdrawal requests will be processed before closure is completed.
In the event of a dispute between you and winph11, we encourage Players to contact our support team via live chat in the first instance. Our team will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and within five (5) business days of receiving a formal complaint.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, which has jurisdiction over disputes involving PAGCOR-licensed operators in the Philippines. PAGCOR's contact and complaint channels are available through official PAGCOR government resources.
winph11's decision on all game result disputes, where supported by system logs and RNG certification, shall be final and binding. Game outcome records retained by winph11's system shall take precedence over Player-side records in the event of discrepancy.
winph11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to the registered address or via a notification displayed upon next login. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the winph11 Platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure through our support team.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the PAGCOR Charter (Presidential Decree No. 1869, as amended), the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through internal dispute resolution or PAGCOR mediation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
